Service Description
1. Standard Cleaning (Level 1) 🕒 Best for: Regular upkeep, light cleaning, and tidying (recommended weekly or bi-weekly). General Areas & Living Spaces (Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways, etc.) - [ ] Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, countertops, dressers, nightstands) - [ ] Dust and wipe down skirting boards and door frames - [ ] Sweep and mop all floors (hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.) - [ ] Vacuum carpets and rugs - [ ] Vacuum under furniture (if accessible without moving heavy furniture) - [ ] Empty all trash bins - [ ] General tidying (straightening cushions, organising small items) - [ ] Making the beds Kitchen - [ ] Wipe down kitchen countertops and backsplash - [ ] Wipe down exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.) - [ ] Clean inside and outside of the microwave - [ ] Sanitise sink and taps - [ ] Wipe down cabinet fronts and handles - [ ] Wipe down dining table and chairs - [ ] Sweep and mop floors Bathrooms - [ ] Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, and countertops - [ ] Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces - [ ] Scrub and disinfect showers, tubs, and tiles - [ ] Wipe down and sanitise all fixtures (taps, showerheads, handles) - [ ] Empty trash bins - [ ] Refill toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other bathroom essentials if provided
Cancellation Policy
Aspire Perfection is committed to delivering top-quality event cleaning services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. This policy outlines the guidelines for our event cleaning services, including the scope of work, cancellation, and rescheduling terms. Our cleaners will only clean the areas specified and agreed upon before accepting the job. This help us understand the exact sections that require attention, ensuring our services align with your expectations. Any additional areas outside those agreed upon will not be cleaned unless arranged prior to the service. To cancel or reschedule a service, the following rules apply: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, Aspire Perfection will keep the deposit. Clients can reschedule free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. However, if a rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, it will be denied, and the service will proceed as initially scheduled. Clients are responsible for confirming the cleaning areas and providing access at the scheduled time, while Aspire Perfection is dedicated to adhering strictly to the agreed scope of work. This policy ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the service terms, maintaining a smooth and professional experience.
