I’m Michael AP, the CEO of Aspire Perfection, and my story begins right here in London. Growing up with my mum, who worked tirelessly as a cleaner, I learned early on the power of a good clean and organised space. She inspired me to see cleaning as more than just a job - it’s about creating environments where people feel comfortable and at ease.

​Later, I pursued a degree at the University of Warwick, where I truly understood the principles of management and running a successful business. Throughout my career, I’ve held various jobs under different managers where it revealed what separates a good manager from a great one - genuine care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. These values are at the heart of Aspire Perfection.

Now, I’m combining everything I’ve learnt - from my mum, my degree, and my own career journey, to build a cleaning company you can trust.     You can easily book an appointment online, via phone, or through email. We offer flexible scheduling to fit around your busy life.

    We recommend scheduling at least a few days in advance, but we also accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

  • How do I pay for your services?
    We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
  • Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?
    Absolutely. We are committed to using eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
  • Can I request specific cleaning products use my own?
    Yes, if you prefer specific products or have any sensitivities, you can let us know and we can use your provided products.
  • What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
    We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to make it right.
  • Will I have the same cleaner team each time?
    Whenever possible, we aim to send the same cleaner to your home or business for consistency and familiarity.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in a 75% refund.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve London and Coventry. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, please contact us!
  • Do you offer services outside your regular service area?
    In some cases, we may be able to accommodate requests outside our standard service area. Contact us for more information.
  • Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?
    We recommend picking up any personal items or clutter to allow our team to focus on deep cleaning your space. However, we’re happy to discuss any special requirements you may have.
  • Should I provide cleaning supplies?
    We bring all the necessary equipment and products, except from a mop - that would have to be supplied by the client. In addition, if you prefer specific cleaning products, you can provide them and we can certainly use those upon request.
