Standard Clean

General Areas & Living Spaces (Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways, etc.)

  • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, countertops, dressers, nightstands)

  • Dust skirting boards and door frames

  • Sweep and mop all floors (hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.)

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Vacuum under furniture (if accessible without moving heavy furniture)

  • Disinfect light switches, door knobs, remote controls, and handles.

  • General tidying (straightening cushions, organising small items)

  • Empty all trash bins 

  • Making the beds 

 

Kitchen

  • Wipe down kitchen countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe down exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)

  • Clean inside and outside of the microwave

  • Sanitise sink and taps

  • Wipe down cabinet fronts and handles

  • Wipe down dining table and chairs

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Empty trash bins

 

Bathrooms

  • Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, and countertops

  • Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Scrub and disinfect showers, tubs, and tiles

  • Wipe down and sanitise all fixtures (taps, showerheads, handles)

  • Empty trash bins​

Deep/EoT Clean

 Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

 

General Areas & Living Spaces

  • Move light furniture to clean underneath (chairs, side tables, sofas if accessible)

  • Dust and Wipe down all light fixtures, door frames and skirting boards 

  • Clean interior windows

 

 

Kitchen

  • Deep clean and sanitise backsplash and grout

  • Clean inside and outside of the oven (including racks and door)

  • Clean inside and outside of the refrigerator (including drawers and shelves)

  • Clean inside cabinets and drawers 

  • Descale and deep clean kitchen sink and taps

 

Bathrooms

  • Deep scrub grout and tiles (removal of, mold, limescale buildup)

  • Clean inside cabinets and drawers 

  • Remove limescale buildup from showerheads and taps

  • Scrub and disinfect trash bins inside and out​

Post-Construction Clean

Includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:

General Areas & Living Spaces

  •  Remove construction debris (packaging, dust piles, leftover materials)

  •  Remove stickers, labels, and protective coverings from surfaces and fixtures

  •  Thorough dust removal from all surfaces (including walls, ceilings, ledges)

  •  Dust and clean air vents, radiators, and skirting boards

  •  Wipe down doors, frames, and handles (removing fine dust residue)

  •  Clean switches, sockets, and light fixtures

  •  Remove paint splatters, plaster, and adhesive residue (where safely possible)

  •  Vacuum all areas using HEPA-filter vacuum (to capture fine dust)

  •  Mop floors multiple times to remove dust film

Kitchen

  •  Remove dust from inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers

  •  Clean and wipe all appliances (including inside if affected by dust)

  •  Remove protective films from new appliances and surfaces

  •  Clean extractor fans and filters

  •  Remove construction residue (dust, paint, adhesive) from surfaces

  •  Polish sinks, taps, and fixtures

Bathrooms

  •  Remove construction residue from tiles, fixtures, and surfaces

  •  Clean and polish mirrors, glass, and chrome fixtures

  •  Remove paint, silicone marks, and dust from fittings

  •  Ensure all drains are clear of debris

  •  Deep clean and sanitise all surfaces

Windows & Finishing Touches

  •  Clean interior windows, frames, and sills (removing dust haze)

  •  Polish all glass and mirrors

  •  Final full property wipe-down (high-touch areas and visible surfaces)

  •  Odour removal / air refresh

  •  Final inspection clean to ensure property is move-in ready
